A new infrastructure spine road is being constructed to connect the development to Natterers Road
Site preparations have already begun in the northern section (from Monday 8th)
Timeline & ImpactMain groundworks will start in a few weeks
Works are expected to take approximately 40 weeks
The red markers at site show the proposed road boundaries (10m offset)
The blue markers at site indicate an existing Anglian Water watermain
We understand the southern section will have more impact on our community
What happens nextA detailed letter from the developers’ PR team is being prepared for all affected residents
