Norfolk County Council proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (the “Order”) (STRO13484) affecting the Station Lane from 290 metres north of its junction with A11 Trunk Road for 10 metres northwards (the “Road”) in the Parish of Hethersett to facilitate National Highways junction improvements to the A11 Station Road junction. During the duration this Order is in force, the Norfolk County Council (Hethersett/Ketteringham)(Prohibition of Driving) Order 2002 shall be suspended and traffic (constituting any class of vehicle) over the Road shall be permitted for the duration of the works/period the suspension is necessary which is anticipated to be from 6th October 2025 to 31st March 2026, but may continue to be suspended until the 5th April 2027 where the suspension is still required beyond the anticipated dates.

The works promoter for this derestriction is: National Highways.
The Order shall automatically revoke on the completion of the works when the derestriction is no longer necessary or otherwise on the 4th April 2027 without further notice.
If necessary, the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date the Order is effective.
In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance.
